Making Myself Known As a Student. Freshman, I believe, but I also consider myself a duelist. just for fun
I Duel With a fifty card deck I call 'Kingdom of Light', which has varying strategies, but mainly revolves around the King's, Queen's and Jack's knights (and, by extension, my favourite card, the Alkana Knight Joker). As you can guess, the majority of the monsters in this deck are Light monsters, but not all of them are based on the light. Out of habbit, I usually carry a card of much higher rarity compared to my Alkana Knight Joker. Too many people have been asking to duel for keeps, can't risk loosing my favourite monster. At the moment, it's a card known as Testament to the Arcane Lords

Yoshi is a six foot tall, athletic young man, with medium length, partially curly auburn hair. He has sharp, hazel eyes and partially attractive facial features. He's usually seen with a calm smile on his face.
His clothes these days usually consist of a pair of light blue jeans with a tear in the stitching near the left ankle from wear and tear. His shoes are a pair of dirty black sneakers with old laces that are frayed at the ends. Wears a black T-Shirt under a brown and black leather jacket. Around his waist is a black belt with a deck box strepped to it. As a necklace, he wears a container that holds his rarest card.

Yoshi was born as a doctor's son in Tokyo. His father was a private doctor who recieved few clients, so Yoshi had to work to maintain the family's income. As a part time employee for his dad, he had to get from A to B quickly, so he developed Parkour skills at a young age. Soon, he gained a love for the guitar, as well as a passion for myths and legends from old england, specifically the tales of King Authur that were read to him by his now deceased mother.
this continued into much of Yoshi's early teens, and when his mother died of a terminal disease, he doubled his intake of these legends, as they were a vital and cherished connection to his mother.
When duel monsters was released to the public, Yoshi only delved in the hobby lightly. That was, untilm he first uncovered Jack's Knight in a booster pack. He then began work on a deck that would loosely resemble the stories he loved so much. It cost him much money, but it was soon created and worked well too.
While creating this deck, he found an internet rumour that an 'Arthurian Legends' set had been created, but due to the fact that one monster was so criminally powerful, they pulled the plug on the project, calling it an unfair advantage over the original game. Decisively, Yoshi started a continual search in his spare time, hoping to find anymore clues to this rumour.
about a year ago, Yoshi and his father moved to Domino City, where his father mannaged to get a higer paying job.

Yoshi is an overly calm young man who always values his friends before himself. This leads many to believe that he is a doormat. However, it has been proven that Yoshi will defiantly defend whatever he truly believes in. However, his people pleaser attitude is something that has caused him slight trouble in the past, causing him to give away things he didn't mean to, just to put a smile on that person's face.
Due to its symbolism, Yoshi takes great pride and even greater care in his deck. If anything threatens his deck, he will effectively change, as it were. He will become this new, overly defensive person, who, if pushed, will litterally fight for his deck. By extension, he has associated one card, Jain, the Lightsworn Paladin with the memory of his mother, some times talking to said card when things look bleak.
In the same respect, he has developed a habit of repeatedly reading old english stories every so often. With this being his passion, Yoshi will somtimes quote lines, or associate situations with ballads and tales, which often confuses, and in a few cases, annoys, those around him. It's a hard habit to break, and he does try, but he just can't help it some times.

Can't beat me at questions about old english myths, parkour skills
Though you may win at general knowledge skills that usually don't include old english myths, driving a car, dancing, I could go on, but I won't.
I like dueling (to some extent), playing guitar, old english mythology and legend
I don't like arrogant people who believe they're unbeatable due to one significant factor
Keep Away spiders. I hate those eight legged freaks.

Adam sat there for what seemed like an eternity. he seemingly lost the will to concentrate on anything else but the sky. it was then that something taken his attention
Adam... whispered a voice from nowhere. the Paladin's view switched back to reality so fast, it almost made an audiable crack
Adam... the voice began again, only this time, at a higher tone, what's wrong? Frightened? You've known my presence for a while, now...
he cursed himself for not developing his power of will further. he realised that while his power prevents mind control, it didn't prevent telepathy from an unknown or unfriendly source. he had to listen to it.
I will break you, physically, or mentally. That demon quarry you have is not the only threat, is it? I am here, am I not?
"go away..." Adam whispered, "I'll deal with you later, traitor,"
there was silence after that. A hint of paranoia stayed in Adam's mind, but he knew the pressence was gone. he leaned back in his chair again and tried to relax, once more staring at the sky.
